Buying & support
Where do I buy a StrackaLine yardage book or greens guide?
Individual golfers buy books, greens guides, and combo books at strackaline.com; strackagolf.com doesn't have a checkout. Search your course at strackaline.com/courses/store to see which products are available for it.
How do I contact StrackaGolf support?
Call or text (858) 218-6416, chat on the website, or use the contact form at strackagolf.com/contact/. We're available Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm PT, and messages sent after hours are answered the next business day.
How fast do books ship?
Most orders ship the next business day via FedEx 2 Day, and Overnight shipping is available at checkout. Full shipping and refund answers are on the StrackaLine support page.
What is your refund policy for books?
We don't accept returns. We ship a free replacement book in two cases: if there's a problem with our course data (we need proof of the error, such as photos), or if FedEx lost the package in transit (we need proof from FedEx). If that sounds like your situation, send your order number and the details through https://strackagolf.com/contact/ (or to support@strackagolf.com), and a team member will follow up to review it.
Are Stracka green-reading books legal under USGA Rule 4.3?
Yes. StrackaLine only offers the USGA-legal version, with greens scaled no larger than 3/8 inch to 5 yards in a book no larger than 4 1/4 x 7 inches.
Clubs & pro shops
Can our pro shop sell StrackaLine books?
Yes. Clubs buy StrackaBooks at wholesale for pro shop sales and events, with a 50-book minimum and a free custom cover mockup with your logo. See wholesale pricing at strackagolf.com/facilities/ or call or text (858) 218-6416.
Can you make custom books for our member-guest or tournament?
Yes. Event books can include your logo on the cover, welcome messages, the event agenda, sponsor recognition, and a QR code for live scoring, with no setup or customization fees. The 50-book wholesale minimum applies, and event and pro shop copies can be combined in one order.
Can we see a sample before we order?
Yes. If your course is already mapped, we'll send a complimentary sample book and a free cover mockup with your logo. Request it on strackagolf.com/facilities/.
Do PGA professionals get a discount?
Yes. The wholesale price table lists a PGA Partner price at 10% off.
HoLo pin sheets
What is StrackaHoLo?
StrackaHoLo is hole-location software that lets a club set daily pin positions on its proprietary Stracka green map and print pin sheets for the shop, the superintendent, and players. It isn't a GPS puck or a cart network, and players can also view hole positions on iPhone or Android.
How much does HoLo cost?
A sales rep sends HoLo pricing for your facility. Request pricing through the form at strackagolf.com/facilities/.
I can't print or access today's pin sheet. What should I do?
Use the contact form at strackagolf.com/contact/ with your club name and the account email you use for pin sheets, and say whether you subscribed in the app or on the website.
College & high school teams
Do you have a program for college and high school golf teams?
Yes. College and high school teams use the same two season packages: StrackaBook at $1,300 for the 2026/2027 season (8 books per event on your schedule) and StrackaStats at $1,700 per year for the roster. See strackagolf.com/ncaa-program/.
How do teams order books for an event?
Team orders go through our collegiate sales director, not the consumer store. Send your schedule or event courses and the number of books per event from strackagolf.com/ncaa-program/.
Partner organizations
Do you work with golf associations, junior tours, and tournament organizers?
Yes. We supply event books, hole-location sheets, and leaderboards for tournaments and golf organizations.
How do association members use their discount?
Many partner associations give members a StrackaLine discount code to use at checkout; get the current code from your association.
Data & licensing
Can I license Stracka course data or use an API?
Yes, we work with developers and apps that need course data. Tell us about your project at https://strackagolf.com/contact/?iam=developer and a team member from our data team will follow up. I can't quote data or API pricing here.
Account questions
How do I cancel a US Handicap subscription?
US Handicap memberships renew automatically each year. Cancel before your renewal date: send the email on your account through https://strackagolf.com/contact/ (or support@strackagolf.com) and we'll cancel the renewal. If you subscribed through the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID's Subscriptions settings. There are no refunds after the renewal charge, so cancel before it.
