What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, email address, and message you enter, plus basic server logs (time, IP address, and user agent) needed to run the site and stop abuse.

When you visit, the tools listed below also collect information automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include the pages you view, links you click, your IP address, approximate location, device and browser details, the site that sent you here, and cookie or device IDs.

How we use it

We use contact form information to reply to you and to keep a record of inquiries. We use information collected automatically to understand how the site is used, to measure whether our ads work, and to show StrackaGolf ads to you on other websites and apps (targeted advertising).

Where it goes

Messages go to our support team. A copy may also be written to a server log if email forwarding is unavailable.

Cookies

This site uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing and advertising cookies and pixels (Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo). They are set when pages load. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking third-party cookies or using your browser’s tracking protection limits most of these tools. The host may also record standard request logs.

Selling or sharing for targeted advertising

We do not sell your contact form information for money. However, when the advertising and marketing tools above (Google Ads, TikTok, and Klaviyo) collect cookie IDs, IP address, device details, and the pages you view, that may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising) under California and other U.S. state privacy laws.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: to opt out, use our contact form with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You do not need an account. You can also block third-party cookies in your browser.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. We are still working to apply GPC signals automatically on this site, so to be sure your opt-out is applied, please also email us as described above.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it by using our contact form. We will not treat you differently for making a privacy request.
